History
“If I can`t accept it, how can the customers accept it!” This is the motto of cheers cut`s founder Ray. He insisted on not accepting the fact that the chicken is being beat and processed into a sheet-like and handed to the customer`s hands.
During summer 2006, Ray developed eight unique kinds of fried goods, using seafood imported from South Australia. He also worked with Taiwanese local chicken households, along with his special sauces, and turned chicken into a delicious 12oz chicken fillet. This is why even though he was outside of Luo-tong night market area, but people still wanted to wait in line to eat it. Our chicken fillet is delicious but is not how we secure the market opportunity. Our chicken fillet is huge, but it is also not how we become unique. How you have to change your breath while you take every bite is what makes ChiChop special.
After the 12oz chicken fillet, our research team continues to develop twenty more fried products through research & development of innovative and technological breakthroughs.
